From the Pyrenees to the Atlantic Ocean, starting at Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port and continuing to Santiago de Compostela and Finisterre; 860 kilometres through Navarra, Rioja, Castilla y León, and Galicia, passing through countless small towns as well as several large cities, such as Pamplona, Logroño, Burgos, León, Astorga, Ponferrada, and Sarria.
